They are the biggest and also the most NEUTRAL intelligence agency hanging around the city. Nothing is beyond their reach. They seem nice, yes, every Asian face seems nice in the beginning, until they finish their Oolong tea and pull out a glock 1911 at your head. Try not to play the compassion cards. Try even harder not to out-reason or outsmart them. You just can’t. And they’re just everywhere.
